Use of the Add-on

Word Counter Max for Google Docs is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You agree to use the Add-on in compliance with all applicable laws and Google Workspace policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Add-on will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The results generated will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Word Counter Max for Google Docs™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Add-on.

Security

While we follow best practices and rely on Google’s secure infrastructure, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Intellectual Property

All rights, and interest in and to the Add-on, including its code, design, and branding, remain the property of the developer.

Google Docs™ is a trademark of Google LLC. The Add-on is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Add-on after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
